✔ Deposit Required: A deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment.
✔ Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: These will be charged a fee, as last-minute changes make it hard for us to fill your spot.
✔ Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled, or a fee applied. This is important so we can stay on schedule for all clients and keep your experience stress-free.
